Schedule Processor Issues

We're currently experiencing an issue with our Dashboard Processing Queue which is causing reports to be calculated multiple times per project. We're currently working on a fix, as a result all calculation operations are currently suspended to ensure the validity of calculations.

We will be performing maintenance on our schedule processors after-hours in order to apply fixes to ensure the failure method identified in the previous downtime no longer occurs.

Database Upgrades

We're currently performing database upgrades for Aegis Analytics. During this period, Analytics connections or project uploads may be interrupted but will be restored once completed. No downtime is expected.
